What Can A Steam Shower Offer?

A steam shower is a shower enclosure combined with a steam generator that creates your own steam room. This creation gives you the option of using the shower as a steam room or as a normal shower enclosure. As well as the steam there are many additional features to these wonderful inventions.
Steam

The steam is undoubtedly the main reason for buying the enclosure. As well as the relaxation it offers is a whole array of health benefits such as cleansing of the skin, muscle relaxation and the aiding of conditions like arthritis. The steam is created from a small 3KW steam generator that is fitted nicely into the unit; the steam outlet is inside the enclosure and can be opened for the adding of aromatherapy oils.

Multi-Functional Massaging Body Jets

On the centre column inside the unit you will find 6 massaging body jets. These jets can be strategically positioned to ones liking. The force of the water can be controlled on the diverter valve allowing for relaxing aching muscles and creates a wonderful massaging experience.

Over Head Rain Shower

As well as the hand shower and the multi-function jets the cabins include an over-head rain shower commonly known as the monsoon shower. The over-head shower is situated in the roof of the unit it is a large shower head that can be operated with the diverter valve. They are ideal for cooling down after a steam session.

LCD Touch Screen Control

Situated on the centre column is the touch screen control panel. Features such as the radio, telephone, lights and steam are operated with this panel. The screen adds a touch of modern technology to the steam showers and with some units remote controls are also supplied.

Foot Massage

The foot massager is a device that can be clipped onto the panels inside the cabin. This allows for additional space when the massager is not in use. The system consists of grooved rollers that the foot can be run over; there is also a water spray that comes from the centre of the system. The foot massager is fantastic for relieving tired aching feet at the end of a hard day.

Music, Lights, Phone Connection

All of the steam showers have radio fitted into them however there are some that allow for your MP3 player or iPod to be connected. As well as this some have telephone connection which allows you to answer calls from inside your shower. All the cabins have internal lights fitted into them; some have LED lights fitted on the front panels and tray on the external of the unit.
