Assembly Terms and Conditions

Thank-you for choosing Ranking Solutions Ltd recommended assembly service. We ask that you read and understand the terms and conditions before entering into a fitting service contract.

Before Installation

1) It is your responsibility to ensure the shower is unpacked and that all parts are present. If any parts are missing the assembly of your shower may not be able to commence, therefore resulting in a re-call out charge.

2) You must make sure there is sufficient space for the assembly build to take place. It is recommended that your plumber removes any sanitary ware that may restrict access prior to assembly. Under no circumstances will our assemblers connect, move or replace any plumbing.

3) Please ensure there are no restrictions to the room where the assembly is taking place. For health and safety reasons please keep the entrance to the room unblocked.

4) Have sufficient power supply to enable the use of power tools etc.

The Assembly Day

5) We will schedule a time that we aim to be at your property. Ranking Solutions Ltd cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances that result in loss of time. Should this happen you will be refunded in full your deposit or a new appointment made.

6) The work itself will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on the model of steam shower.

7) Please ensure that the whole shower is situated on the same floor as you would like it to be built up. Our assemblers are not insured to carry it up or down stairs.

You may be required to assist the assembler or the first phase of the build by holding parts etc. In most cases it is a one person build, if you are needed it will be for no longer than 5 minutes. The assembler will advise of this before the build begins.

9) Once the unit is completed you will be given a full demonstration of how the shower works including the powering up of the unit. Please note that we can only show you how the shower operates by the dials as the water will not be connected. Once you are happy you know the unit is fully functioning we will unplug it ready for you to connect the water.

10) When the demo is complete you will be asked to sign a form declaring you are happy with the assembly.

11) Once you have signed the form you will be required to settle the final balance of the assemblers invoice, this will be clearly stated on your paperwork.

12) The assembly team do not remove the shower boxes from your property however a charge of £12.50 can be added to your final bill if you wish for us to take care of this.

13) The final payment MUST be made in cash only. We do not accept cheques or bankers draft.

Please Note: The assembly team build up the steam shower they do NOT connect the plumbing.
