We advise that you do not book any tradesman until you have received and checked the goods are in a satisfactory condition. Ranking Solutions Ltd does not accept liability for any costs or compensation in any way.

Making A Purchase

The placement of an order indicates your acceptance to these terms and conditions. To make a purchase, just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket or if you prefer place your order by telephone with one of our experienced team. We accept credit or debit card payment using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. All items remain the property of Ranking Solutions Ltd until paid for in full. Full payment will processed at the time of the order. All personal card details are destroyed accordingly.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will however be contacted and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, however we will give you other options at the same price.

Cancellation Charges

If you decide to cancel your order once you have received delivery a 25% handling fee will apply. Goods must be returned to us in a resalable condition before any refund is made it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of any goods supplied by us. You have 7 days in which to cancel any purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality Check

Before any items leave our warehouse, we undertake strict procedures to ensure the product is being sent to you in perfect condition. This does involve a quality check and each item is photographed and a frame number placed on the item for photo identification. The item(s) will then be signed off and passed onto the courier. It is important that all items are checked at the time of delivery. All the drivers are aware of this and should you not wish to check the items you will be asked to sign an inspection notice declined sheet. If the product should be damaged in any way you MUST inform us immediately either by telephone or in writing. We aim to resolve any issues you may incur as soon as possible.

Delivery

WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK. We endeavour to deliver most products within 7 days, however some larger items may take longer, however all delivery dates shown are only estimated. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Ranking Solutions Ltd cannot take responsibility for claims of any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults 48 hours after delivery. Take time to check the packaging of your item while the driver is with you, if you feel the packaging is damaged then please sign the delivery document as damaged. Please check your delivery yourself and report any problems to our sales team within 48 hours who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues. If your order is incomplete and not reported to us within the 7 days of delivery, no negotiations can be entered in to.

IMPORTANT: We use a dedicated courier service in most cases. Therefore the company will be in touch to arrange a delivery time. If you miss the appointment a re­delivery charge will apply. Please remember the delivery is curb-side only and in some instances you will be required to have an able body person to help with large items. Some courier companies need warning if the property they are delivering to have restricted access this is to enable an appropriate vehicle to deliver your goods. You can inform the team at the time of placing your order of any concerns you may have.

Guarantee/Warranty

All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months (unless otherwise stated). Items given away FREE do not carry any warranty. On some products there is an extended guarantee, and in such cases the extended period is outlined in the product’s description. All product guarantees cover parts only. If you cancel your order, you must return all the products to us (including any free products) at your own risk and you should follow the Returns Procedure. We advise you to use an insured delivery service or have us arrange it (costs may apply). All items must be returned in the original packaging. Please note that FREE gifts are delivered up to 30 days after your bathroom items have been delivered.

Returns and exchanges

You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your goods are received. Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must be in perfect condition. You must inform us by phone, email, or writing of your wish to cancel. You must contact us for advice on safely returning goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely and in original condition. We may accept goods made unsalable due to damaged packaging, though this is at our discretion and is subject to a 10% repackaging cost. Some items are also subject to a re-stocking fee usually 25% based on what is charged to us by our suppliers. Please contact us prior to returning goods, or contact us before ordering.

We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods, less any delivery costs incurred (if any). Returns outside this period will not be accepted. These cancellation terms do not apply to goods that are special order items, goods made to your specification, customised goods or goods that have been given as part of a free offer.

All returns are tested. We will replace the goods or give a full refund including reasonable return costs when the fault is confirmed. If no fault is found the return may be refused.

Changes to Site

We may change this Site at any time without notice by adding or removing features or services. This will be without liability to you. We reserve the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Pricing Errors

In the event that there is a pricing error on the website, Ranking Solutions Ltd is not bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Agreement

By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Nothing in this site shall constitute an offer of goods or services.

Ranking Solutions Ltd are bathroom suppliers and are not technical experts in the field of House electrical or plumbing. If you have a question relating to either of these fields please contact your local tradesman. All electrical and plumbing (gas) work MUST be carried out by a qualified electrician/plumber corgi registered to comply with legal regulations. In all cases of warranty claims evidence must be shown to comply with our terms and conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Information is collected as a result of contacting us, placing an order, or requesting registration. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

4. email address

All payments take place through an encrypted computer. All card details are destroyed of properly.
